HLA was founded  in 1998 by  Minister Vanessa Clinton, Georgia. We are a Faith-Base facility reaching one Child/Family at a time with success. God lead Minister Clinton to assist families in caring and educating our children in a home- base family atmosphere.

Mrs. Clinton started in this calling in her three bedroom apartment in Decatur , Ga twenty plus years ago. She has been able to attend to each child individually and offer a home-like setting rather than the instituational setting of a center. A mix age group of children stages Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers and School age children in a family learning environment classroom is what she provide.

HLA has been able to extend our services to a home school learning setting for our school age children since 2014. We containue our individualized Bibically-Base Education for Level 1-6. Our student are provided with academics, skill building, charater and wisdom training with the knowledge of God's word. Our subjects consist of Math, English, Social Studies, Literature & Creative writing,Science, Word Building and BibleReading.

We believe in Training up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs22:6.

Every child can learn and succeed with excellence in our home setting.
